Reservation Policy- When you book an appointment with Posh Beauty and Wellness you are in agreement with our policies and procedures, we request 65% deposits for all treatments prior to booking. Please allow at least two week’s notice when booking a spa party or special event. A spa party consists of 4 or more people. A signed agreement along with a 50% booking fee before your event is considered “definite” on our calendar. All services must be paid in full 48 hours prior to event unless other arrangements have been made. When scheduling a treatments at our location Please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes early for your appointment with your completed consent paperwork done online. You are only allowed to be 10 minutes late (Grace period), if you are later than 10 minutes your appointment will be canceled and there will not be a refund. There is 24 hour cancellation policy and 100% NO SHOW FEE!! NO EXCEPTIONS

  Membership – Treating yourself to a massage, body (lipo)cavitation session or a facial on a regular basis is the best selfcare routine you can do for yourself. Here at Posh Beauty and Wellness, our Selfcare membership is easy and affordable. Every month you will get to choose and enjoy our Therapeutic Wellness Massage or our Posh Glo Facial, Cavitation Lipo session each month, at a low rate. you can also enjoy additional services throughout the month at our low membership rates as well, including gift card purchases for family and friends (some restrictions apply). You will  automatically be enrolled in our  Member’s Rewards program where you will earn points for simply taking care and treating yourself.


PRIVACY- Posh Beauty and Wellness will receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. In addition, we collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet e-mail address; phone number; computer and connection information and purchase history. We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. We also collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, password, communications), comments, feedback, product reviews, recommendations, and personal profile. Methods of Payment-    Accepts Cash, Visa & Master card, Discover, Health and Flex Spending Accounts Cards and Sezzle 

Cancellation Policy- Cancellations for spa parties must be made 48-72 hours prior to the event. Cancellations for all other treatment must be made within 24 hours prior to the appointment or their will be a 100% NO SHOW FEE for that service!! Unfortunately, guests who are late for their service will have the service time shortened as therapists are on a tight schedule. 

Gratuities- If you are pleased with the services you receive, it is customary to thank your therapist with a gratuity. This gratuity can be given directly to the therapist (s) in cash only. There will be a 20% gratuity fee for spa party packages (that will be added to your package). 

Age Requirement Clients start at least 12 years of age accompanied  by a parent in the room.  (does not apply to spa parties and packages for children). 

For Your Comfort- Increase your intake of water before and after body treatments. Refrain from shaving in the 48 hours prior to receiving waxing treatments. During all treatments, your body will be fully draped. Only the specific body area being treated will be exposed. Please leave valuables at home

Exchanges (if applicable)-  We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Only regular priced items may be Exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be Exchanged. If you need to exchange items for the same item, send us an email at so we can instruct you on where to send the item. Our policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange. 

To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds (Not applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your item if it could be exchanged. 

Processing and shipping is two weeks. Once your order is received , we begin processing your order.  A label is generated for your order to return your product, you should contact us first by email at or call us at (301) 477.3737 to get the shipping information. 
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a exchange, the cost of return and shipping is your responsibility . 
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Covid 19-  Only the person being treated at that scheduled time is allowed in the facility, no children allowed unless being treated.
